I'm a general practitioner in Adelaide, South Australia, and hold an academic research post at the University of Adelaide.
My research interests include AI applications in medicine, the primary care response to long COVID, and the microbial biogeography of natural and artificial environments.
I write open source software. My most popular projects are the ggplot2 extensions treemapify, ggfittext, and gggenes.
